1. Registration Fee

Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Admission Fee

Admission Fee is non-refundable once admission is confirmed and the seat is reserved for the

student.

3. Tuition Fee Refund Policy

• Before commencement of classes: 100% Tuition Fee refundable after deduction of Registration

Fee, Admission Fee, and applicable processing charges.

• Within 15 days from commencement of classes: 70% refund of remaining Tuition Fee after

deduction of proportionate academic charges.

• Within 30 days from commencement of classes: 50% refund of remaining Tuition Fee after

deduction of proportionate academic charges.

• After 30 days from commencement of classes: No refund shall be applicable.

4. Proportionate Academic Charges

Refund shall be calculated after deduction of proportionate charges for classes attended, study

material issued, tests conducted, digital access provided, and academic services already availed

by the student.

5. Study Material & Technology Fee

Study Material Fee, Printed Notes Fee, Test Series Fee, App Access Fee, LMS/Technology Fee,

and Digital Learning Charges are non-refundable once issued, activated, or accessed.

6. Scholarship Cases

In scholarship or concession cases, refund (if applicable) shall be calculated only on the actual

amount paid by the student/parent.

7. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted through a written application along with Original Fee Receipt,

Admission Details, Parent/Guardian Signature, and Valid Bank Account Details.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within 30 working days through bank transfer only. Cash

refunds shall not be entertained.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be applicable in cases involving voluntary discontinuation after prescribed refund

period, misconduct or disciplinary action, violation of institute rules, long absence without

official intimation, or expulsion due to indiscipline.

10. Batch Transfer / Course Upgrade

Batch transfer, course change, or fee adjustment may be permitted subject to management

approval and seat availability.11. Institute Rights

AADVIT ACADEMY reserves the right to modify batch timings, change faculty allocation,

reschedule classes/tests, update academic policies, and merge or restructure batches whenever

required for academic operations.

12. Force Majeure Clause

The institute shall not be held responsible for interruption, postponement, or cancellation of

academic services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural calamities,

government restrictions, pandemic situations, technical failures, law & order situations, or any

other unforeseen events.

13. Parent / Student Declaration

By taking admission in AADVIT ACADEMY, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge that

they have read and understood the fee and refund policy and agree to abide by institute rules and

regulations.

14. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya

Pradesh only.
